MEET THE TEAM

Ian Rodriquez is the founder and visionary of Give That Girl A Mic.  She'S been married to her husband Ray since 1998, together they two daughters.

My favorite part of doing ministry is doing it with my daughters, Mia & Maci beside us in all our endeavors for Jesus! 

There are so many faithful women (Cynthia & Valerie) who devote themselves to loving other women well, including my mom Linda!

Brianna is my personal assistant, and she is extraordinary.  She helps organize events, and is the line of communication between myself and others.

Many other community ministries have joined our efforts to bring REVIVAL to our city.  That planning started in 2021.  We are better together!

We added new faces to the team this past year in planning our 806 Conf!  Many hands make light work!
